The Role
High Voltage Test Engineer Manager
\[To manage project teams to achieve robust project plans and maintain them through to completion and delivery to meet customers’ expectations.
\[To manage the facilities such that availability of the facility throughout tests is maximised and delivered on time and within budget
\[Sustain and continually improve the business’ quality assurance systems
\[Support in capturing and developing detailed knowledge in the testing facilities capabilities in conjunction with clients and other test facilities world-wide.
\[Support enquiry assessments and represent the company on asset, commercial and program issues
\[Assist in establishing and developing project management, resource planning and working processes and encourage adoption as appropriate
\[Lead lessons-learnt and programme development through engineering, supply chain and client/contractor reviews
\[Witness testing in other laboratories as part of project delivery
