Sales Engineer - MENA Sources
Responsible for the timely and technically accurate quotations to clients for construction material supply
Experience in pipes, valves, fittings sales and site delivery mainly in Ductile Iron sector
Also experience in generators, bearing and expansion joints sales and fulfillment is a plus
Follow up with sales pipeline till closing the deal.
Work closely with the team members to understand the customer's requirements and to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
Build and maintain an effective relationship with end customers and business partners
Preparation of technical submittals for projects involving a broad range of products including all kinds of products.
Follow up with contractors, consultants to get approvals on submittals.
To be an integral part of Sales activities to attain business targets.
Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing the personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Prepares cost estimates by studying related customer documents; consulting with engineers, and other professional and technical personnel.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Follow up the payments with our clients.
Follow up material delivery to clients and insure material approvals in the sites.
Communicate with the factories to provide technical support, follow up the local project situation.
