• Assisting with the development and implementation of acceptable planning and
scheduling techniques and methods.
• Updating and monitoring the schedule, incorporating any changes occurring
during project execution.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule
analysis.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect
schedule performance.
• Issue detailed activity schedules and expedite the return of schedule updating
data.
• Supervise and direct the day to day planning and scheduling activities of the
