• Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements.
• Assisting in implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes & technology. •
Participating in the development of new releases, enhancement to our products and Services.
• Reporting and fixing defects/threats.
• Troubleshooting and investigating technical issues faced by our merchants or consumers.
• Handling test activities with our merchants and clients.
• Providing technical documentations such as (Architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, impact analysis) once needed.
