The Organization:
Our client is an international company in interior design and furniture manufacturing. With a head office in Malta and offices around the world, they combine design and project management with manufacturing capabilities of Italy’s leading furniture manufacturers.
For their office in Doha, Qatar, they are hiring an Estimation Engineer, already located in Qatar, with similar working experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Estimating the costs of large and medium tenders, evaluating the tender documents, supporting in the development of estimation models;
• Submittal of cost estimation, preparation of cost breakdown and cost analysis;
• Preparation of quotes for submission with full qualifications, conditions, exclusions;
• Compare shop drawings and tender drawings to identify variations for awarded projects, submit variation claims and coordinate with the design and project managers for the same.
