Sr. IT Applications Engineer
• Required to be a hands-on and supervisor type individual.
• Required to ensure the Engineers and Technicians are conducting their roles effectively.
• Assist Engineers and Technicians with their roles.
• Will be responsible for accepting the workflows/SOPs initiated by the client, validating they are completed correctly, agreeing time for implementation and confirming they are implemented.
• Reporting inconsistencies and issues with SOPs to the customer.
