Senior POS technical Support Engineer - Network International – Egypt
- Responsible for any AAIB\POS technical related issues.
- Responsible for any Contact POS\Tablets related issues.
- Maintain and support the POS servers (TermMaster Server,
TEMS server and VeriCenter).
- Maintain and monitor Contact Server and troubleshoot tablets issues.
- Maintain and monitor the POS Network Access Controller(NAC).
- Backing up and performing maintenance for the POS terminals profiles on TermMaster as well as VeriCenter ones.
- Handle POS maintenance related issues.
- Handle POS application Certifications with Schemes.
- Handle GPRS connectivity networking related issues.
- Monitor and maintain the POS SSL servers.
- POS Applications' testing & Quality Assurance.
- Enhance and improve the POS Maintenance cycle.
- Handle POS maintenance related issues.
- Handle Excursion application related issues from the POS application side as well as the Excursion server one.
- Creating the excursion profiles for the terminals that hold
the excursion applications.
- Updating the excursion data and sheets of the Excursion Booking Application.
- Supporting all POS Profiles Databases, System support and
queries.
- Support the POS deployment and POS maintenance teams in
troubleshooting field problems.
- Support NIA operation teams for any POS servers (Term-Master
& VeriCentre) technical related issues.
- Support Testing and Development teams in matters concerning POS terminals configurations and different POS technical Issues.
- Testing and deploying of new POS technologies.
- Maintain and generate reports on database (MSSQL).
- ITM/400 troubleshooting and support for POS related
problems.
- Handle tracking and ticketing systems and confirm on maintenance actions.
