HVAC (Pre Sales / Sales Engineer)
HVAC Pre-Sales:
Managing and supervising project implementation and progress
Preparing technical compliance statements for electrical and mechanical equipment
Prepare commercial and technical offers by scrutinizing and evaluating tender documents, drawings, drawings, and schedules and by preparing technical submittals and compliance.
Carefully examine and understand project requirements, equipment’s technical specifications and select equipment, and plan project execution.
Float enquiries to suppliers / manufacturers, evaluate and compare bids, negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial terms before finalization of product and purchase.
Formulate and implement project execution process and procedures in line with project plan
Follow up and interact with contractors , consultants , and end-users / decision makers in order to maintain health business relationship and to provide them with the full support technically & commercially whenever required
Analyze client requirements and provide/recommend appropriate sales advice to various clients.
Prepare compliance statements for electrical & mechanical equipment.
HVAC Sales Engineer:
Implementing effective marketing plans
Follow up on sales enquiries, Sales prospects while generating new leads.
Liaise and maintain good relationship with network, clients, architects, M&E Consultants, Contractor and end-user.
To work with consultants to secure all necessary technical clearances and fulfill authorities approval.
Promote products, and specify HVAC solutions for Clients/Consultants (private and government) across KSA.
Achieve targets for new business through sales visits with key contacts targeting Architects, Consultants, Clients and Contractors.
Establish and follow a sales routine to visit consultants, stakeholders and end users on a monthly basis.
Manage the negotiation process to secure the best terms for company (required profit margins).
Propose the necessary marketing strategies in order to increase opportunities for gaining specification.
Attend regular internal sales meetings in order to exchange information on customers and potential targets as well as specific projects. Shares knowledge & leads with relevant individuals/teams.
Attend periodic meetings with Consultants to update information on project status and collect information on potential prospects.
Maintain and monitor project record system (CRM).
Maintain a contact database (CRM) showing a history of calls and appointments together with a forward planner showing introduction, presentation, follow up, tenders out, tenders back and contract awarded for all prospects, targets and customers.
Produces a monthly report and submits to the Senior Management.
