QA/QC Supervisor -Regional - Construction & Engineering Recruitment Specialists
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.
Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
Continually monitor and control inspection operations to insure compliance with applicable quality control documents.
Assure accurate records such as traceability, process control, functional test, demonstrations, etc., are maintained.
Assure test function is performed in a manner consistent with applicable requirements and quality procedures.
Maintain and enforce quality standards.
Perform other work related tasks as assigned .
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting Supplier on site audits in MENA
New facility API/ISO certifications
Training and Implementation of QMS across MENA
Preparation of Facility specific QP & ITP ‘s
Participate and assist in RCA with process owners
Monitor Quality KPI’s and report to Regional QA Manager
Participation in API/ISO audits
Conducting Internal Audits across MENA .
Review of Document packages for Repair & Field service
Qualifications:
Must be Engineering Degree with minimum 8 to 12 years experience in QA/QC
Minimum 5 years Work experience in Oil & Gas
Minimum 6 years experience as a supervisor role
Willing to travel across MENA region
Valid ASNT Level II certification in MT & PT
Nebosh certificate -Added advantage
Welding inspector certificate AWS or CSWIP3.1 -Added advantage
Thorough knowledge in API/ASNT/ANSI/ASME/AWS standards
Adhere to NOV HSE practices at work place .Involve in Global team discussions and trainings for implementing new NOV Processes across MENA
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

Thorough Knowledge in MS Excel ,MS word and Power point presentation
Good interpersonal relationship with Superiors ,Sub ordinates and Global team members
