Overview
Leader and mentor of mechanical, electrical, public health, fire protection engineers in technical elements of work
Selects appropriate mechanical, electrical, public health, fire protection engineering concepts and solutions
Establishes work plan and Engineering/CAD resource for each phase of project and arranges for assignment of project personnel
Role Responsibilities
Leading a team in developing schematic design documentation into detailed design / tender documentation.
Agree a scope of work and prepare detailed schedule of deliverables required for a project.
Provide guidance and technical support to deliver project goals.
HNC/D or degree or have sufficient equivalent experience
MCIBSE/MIEE or HNC/HND + appropriate experience or International equivalent
Significant experience of specification design for several building types
Knowledge of MS Office applications Word, Excel, project, etc
Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software (IES, AMTECH, Dialux etc)
