The Organization:
Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in UAE offering international level services in healthcare. Their reach is through a specialized care hospital and more than 20 outpatient centres. Duties & Responsibilities:
This position takes care of the overall management of the nurses and midwives on the labour and delivery ward.
• Works with CNO to determine the optimal allocation of staff, per shift on each unit;
• Serves as administrative authority for the smooth function of all units on assigned shift;
• Supervises staff and assures survey compliance on a daily basis. Provides guidance and support to staff to better plan work flow;
• Provides clinical expertise in the management of medical emergencies.
