Office Manager - MD P
We are looking for an experienced and well organised Office Manager to be responsible for the effective management and organisation of the Management office and to work closely with supporting departments. This will be a 3 month contract with potential for extension and candidates are needed immediately.
You should have previous office management experience, excellent Admin and IT skills and the ability to work with people at all levels, together with good organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
You will need to ensure the work of the Director is co-ordinated and progressed, ensuring department operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will also need to act as secretary and provide administrative support for a range of meetings, as well as reporting and managing data entry into*systems.
