Technical Geek Level 2 is a key member of the team and must possess a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and solid work ethic.
Customer Satisfaction is the main goal of Level 2 Technical Geek. The candidate must be an experienced technologist with a proven track record of hands-on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Primarily responsible for customer interaction and management of client infrastructure services.
• Assist with maintenance of customer service SLAs by providing solutions remotely or onsite.
• Independently resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues and work closely with L3 Geeks to resolve critical problems.
• Management of client infrastructure hardware/software and related technologies.
• Identify & troubleshoot server, email and network issues
• Document solutions and infrastructure
