Technical Geek Level 3 is a key member of the team and must possess a strong commitment to high-quality customer service and solid work ethic.
Customer Satisfaction and implementing new technologies is the key focus for Level 3 Technical Geek. The candidate must be an experienced technologist with a proven track record of hands-on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Primarily responsible for customer interaction and management of client infrastructure services.
• Assist with maintenance of customer service SLAs by providing solutions remotely or onsite.
• Independently resolve Level 2 and Level 3 issues and serve as an escalation point for the team.
• Management of client infrastructure hardware/software and related technologies.
• Maintain 0 downtime at client sites, Identify & troubleshoot server, email and network issues
• Document solutions and infrastructure
