RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaise with cross functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop new business with existing customers and identify areas of improvement.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Serving as the escalation point for the account management team.
• Define account management processes, and KPI’s to measure client engagement and team performance.
