Key Accounts Manager - Tier 3 - COMMit DMCC
• Establish productive and professional relationship with key persons in assigned accounts.
• Meet assigned targets for sales volume, revenue and objectives for the assigned accounts.
• proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address the customer needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and closing new accounts.
• Maintain minimum scores required in audit conducted and correct the compliance issues if any
• Prepare effective selling presentations that implement approved customer business plans.
• Develop timely and accurate forecast (Volume and spend) for assigned accounts and revise based on actual performance.
• Key account manager is responsible for achieving company objectives, KPIs and targets at assigned key customers.
