Description
Oversee preparation, quality,
accuracy and structural integrity of shop drawings and concept drawings.
• Manage projects in terms of
material takeoff and production orders.
• Collaborate with and support
team members on projects.
• Meet with Project Managers
to discuss projects requirements on a regular basis.
• Allocate and delegate tasks
among team members.
• Mentor team members, and
evaluate their performance.
• Train Design team to
understand all phases/components with an aim to minimize the number of drawing
revisions.
• To answer all
non-conformity reports and make sure that corrective and preventive actions are
taken.
Work experience with façade contractor and key
involvement on high rise projectsExcellent English skillsExcellent computer skills; Microsoft Office, AutoCAD,…
Revit is advantageAbility to understand the priorities, consultants
requirements, project-related decisions, manage a project and develop
optimal technical solutionsDeep understand the façade principles
