Culinary Instructor - Royal Academy for Culinary Arts
1. Ensures the smooth and efficient operation where learning can take place at the highest level. Takes and active role in delivering the curriculum.
2. Ensures that all programmes and courses are industry relevant and delivered of the highest standards.
3. Motivates, and trains all culinary instructor and ensures that all adhere to the operational and academic policies and procedure to maximise student guest satisfaction.
4. Conducts periodic operational meetings to ensure effective flow of communication.
5. coordinates all functions, special and social events and assists in marketing and industry relations.
6. Delivers or improves the desired financial results, through controls, effective purchasing, the correct food production levels and proper stock rotation initiates. Conducts inventories to ensure that all equipment needed for the proper production and the delivery of the course is available.
7. Participates as a member of the operational committee and assists the team to ensure the effective functioning of the school.
