Recruitment officer - Premier Technology
1. Make sure you select the most appropriate method of recruitment for each vacancy.
2. Find suitable candidates by screening job applications.
3. Conduct initial interviews (by phone or face to face) before suggesting the applicants for the next step.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews and other selection methods.
5. Be able to initiate improvement in the recruitment and selection process and the tools used in this process.
6. Your main key performance indicators will be based on how well you are 1) closing the vacancies on time 2) finding suitable candidates that will later show that they are performance well in their new positions.
7. Coordinate well and professionally with recruitment and selection committees, management, colleagues and applicants.
