Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing Programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Marketing specialists rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop, manage and analysis of digital campaigns • Manage internal and external email communication via marketing automation platform
• Manage customer data in marketing automation platform
• Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables
• Enable and support sales with information and tools needed to meet customer needs
• Manage customer data in marketing automation platform

• Enable and support sales with information and tools needed to meet customer needs
• Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems and fulfilling requests.
• Maintains call center database by entering information.
• Other duties as assigned.
