Project Work
Any Business process enhancement having high Balance sheet Impact, High Complexity, involving multiple teams will fall in Project work.
Being a Project Manager or part of a Project team simultaneously, will have to work on multiple projects as per the priority set.
As a Project Manager, need to plan, execute and close the project as per practice followed. You need own the project, coordinate with Teams within IT, UPL or Vendors for timely delivery of the work. Ensure Documentation, Weekly Status update to Stakeholders and performance will be measured based on Customer Satisfaction Index.
As a project team member, ensure timely deliverable in true spirit. Performance will be measured based on Customer Satisfaction Index.
Health: SLA driven Ticketing Work
Any Incident or Change Request which does not classify as a project will fall in Ticketing work.
Users across globe raise tickets for the Incidents observed and you need to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA. Guide and monitor Consultants tickets and SLA to ensure highest Customer Satisfaction for the team.
Proactive Index (PI) and Corrective And Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Any measure taken proactively to improve efficiency within IT or beyond will define as Proactive Index (PI).
Any Negative Feedback by Customers need to be provided with Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to Customer related to the specific Incident along with your Manager so that we ensure continuous improvement
