Human Resources Manager - Telfaz11
Telfaz11 is looking for an energetic, organized, and skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
This is currently a stand-alone job with potential to create a modern HR Department. Therefore, we are looking for someone to develop with the company and has the passion to grow and strategize expansion.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics، policies and procedures across the organization
- Prepare and draft contracts, job offers and other necessary documents
- Maintain all employee files and documents
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as processing vacations and drafting HR letters and necessary documents
- Manage all HR government related tasks such as Saudization, visas and GOSI
- Manage and process monthly payroll
- Manage and process Health insurance for all employees and dependants
- Manage and process HRDF requirements
- Plan necessary training for the employees to ensure harmonization with career development and succession plans and that qualified internal candidates are considered in preference to external recruitment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Manage the building, development and maintenance of a recruitment database of applicants
- Direct and manage all recruitment and manpower planning activities and processes to ensure that job openings are filled with the right applicants in accordance with requested time frame
- Give new hires the necessary orientation about the company, policies and the use of the company's HR system
- Implement and maintain grading scale, pay plan, and benefits program
