Client Relations Coordinator - Stryx Sports
Client Relations Coordinator is a unique position including interdepartmental involvement (ASA and Academies) and reporting to the Key Accounts Manager.
This role requires strong customer service skills. The Client Relations Coordinator (CRC) serves as a liaison between the company and its customers on a B2C basis, meaning the CRC will interact directly with parents ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
The CRC is assigned a number of schools and will take ownership of all client-relation-aspects within these schools, such as responding to inquiries and complaints, planning and executing the registration process and continuous follow-up throughout the semester.
CRC position requires dynamic people who think outside of the box, always take the extra mile to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to make sure that our quality of service is at the highest level all the time.

? The CRC is the very first contact between Stryx and our clients. Therefore, a professional, friendly, approachable and positive attitude is a must. The CRC must be presentable and always dress per company policy when attending any outside events.
? Responsible for: preparing and executing sign-ups as per company protocol, handling payments and refunds.
? Administrative duties: logging registrations, payments, refunds, attendance, leads, feedback, and incidents in system.
? Working with Head coaches to keep track of attendance and handle any issues with parents or children and reporting to Key Accounts Manager.
? Actively seeking feedback from clients on a regular basis and updating the management in an ongoing effort to improve our services.
? Assisting with planning and execution of holiday camps and special events.
? Collaborating with team members on any ongoing projects if requested by management (even if they do not relate specifically to the usual scope of work)
? Be present at 1st and 2nd session of each activity or arrange to meet parents at schools at specific times to collect outstanding payments.
? Be present before and after class occasionally throughout the term to talk to parents, build relationships and collect feedback.
? Assist Key Accounts Manager for administrative duties and in solving school related issues.
