    Growth Manager - Restaurant remodel/open - Americana Group

    Growth Manager required to ensure relevant brands achieve their expansion program. Facilitating site Approvals / Reporting / Tracking of progress to assist growth of Brands. Co-ordinating NSO and Remodel performance analysis and liaising with support functions for the co-ordination of marketing, IT programs associated with (re-)opening restaurants.

    Americana Restaurants operate food & beverage outlets, totaling over 1,900 stores & 40,000+ employees, it is the largest operator of restaurant chains in the MENA region & one of the most successful franchise operators globally. Brands include; KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, TGI Friday’s, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, LongHorn, Costa Coffee, Krispy Kreme & Wimpy.


    • Manage and Co-ordinate the entire NSO / Remodel / Closure approval process.
    • Working with Development create individual Site / Remodel and Closure Approval Packages.
    • Working with Finance and Development co-ordinate the information required for the creation of individual Site / Remodel and Closure feasibility studies.
    • Oversee the approval process for all NSO / Remodel / Closure requests (Brand – IC – Corporate)
    • Effectively communicate status to all parties as required.
    • Manage the communication program with franchisors for all NSO / Closures and Remodels.
    • Create and Maintain accurate forecasts and Tracking for all NSO / Closure and Remodels.
    • Working with Real Estate Function develop and maintain Tracking and Reporting tools to assess performance against Budget for NSO, Closure, Remodels, Rent.
    • Monitor actuals / forecasts against DA’s including assessment against brand specific incentives to maximise savings for the company.
    • Working with Finance and Real Estate Function create and maintain performance tracking tools to assess NSO and Remodel performance against KPI’s (Sales Hit Rate, Portfolio IRR%).
    • Co-ordinating Development Budget (in conjunction with Development Team).
    • Become the lead co-ordination point for all brand related elements of the Development Budgets including NSO, Closures, Remodels, Rent, Capex, Closure Timings etc.…
