GIS ENGINEER - Power Systems & Information Technology
- The main purpose of this is to provide GIS services to stakeholders within Drainage Network Operation & Maintenance Department (DNOMD), ensuring that the asset data held on GIS is accurate, up-to date and available to DNOMD users.
- It is also to provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc geo-spatial reports that enable DNOMD to better understand and communicate the operation of its networks. This allows targeting investment and operational interventions.
- Carry out complex spatial and data analysis.
- Complex problem solving.
- Data manipulation and management.
- Innovative approach to problem solving and solution development.
- Face to face meetings with clients to develop and capture requirements.
- Development and delivery of solutions independently or as part of a team.
- Input into technical sections of proposals.
- Presentation of information and results.
