Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Require good computer skills, fast and accurate typing ability, articulate communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle a fast-paced office environment.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering and procuring office supplies
-*Responsible for creating admin-related process flows for streamlining purposes
- Organizing travel/ hotel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions
- Auditing and purchasing office and pantry supplies
-*Responsible for courier i.e. dispatched of both documents and non-documents
-*Perform other duties as instructed by the Administration Manager which contribute to the effective office management of the company
