Site Manager – Electrical Substation – Eqama Transferable - Al-Gihaz Holding
To supervise all the activities at substation projects as per the client’s requirement in concern to its fruitful progress complying with the prescribed time frame and excellent work quality under the safety measures
• Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation complying with the client’s requirements
• RMI / RFI qualification with consultants.
• Attend client meetings and record points for closure
• Track supplier’s shipments and follow missing with project team
• Punch list clearance at site and approval
• Handle safety, house keeping and quality issues at site
• Testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
• Develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs
• Manpower planning with perfect estimation of time frame considering the activities and clients requirement
• To prepare the progress report and to submit it to the project manager or reporting authority
