UX/UI Graphic Designer - Bayt.com
The UX/UI Graphic Designer main responsibility is to collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience in order to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Create concept layouts and user experience mock-ups and interaction/navigation/usability proposals.

Design visual design stages from concept and slicing to hand off to the engineering team.

Create original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks, while maintaining efficient solutions for conversion funnels.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Support the content marketing team in creating visual social media content

Support the marketing team in creating brand identity design

Support the business development team by creating sales & Marketing material such as mailers, banners, posters, roll ups, etc.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
