You will have an opportunity to communicate with different people and to discover something new in multicultural team of restaurant.
Hostess is expected to:
• Welcome the guest at the venue
• Provides engaging, entertaining and inspiring customer service
• Have knowledge on the different types of beverage and its proper service.
• Maintain and update the restaurant / cafes reservation book and guest history book.
• Perform the duties and responsibilities of the supervisor / waiters/ waitresses when need arises.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Take notes of anniversaries, birthdays and special dates for regular guests.
