Opportunity with a leading real Estate Developer
Main Responsibilities:
• Meet & Greet customers
• Accompany customer to apartment(s) for inspection
• Show around facilities
• Complete documentation, forms etc.
• Answer queries and/or advise customer who to contact
• Liase with H/O customer service/projects team
• Manage online booking system
Required skills/attributes:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communicator / English speaking
• Confident and friendly manner
• Ability to deal with difficult customers
• Basic computer skills (online booking system, scanning docs etc.)
• Smart appearance
• Ability to adapt and work with different cultures/backgrounds
• Flexible with a positive attitude
