Payroll Coordinator - Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co. W.L.L (AAB)
• First Point of contact for employees for time and attendance (TARS)
• Processing HRA/TA Requisitions through HR operation Manager
• Coordinate with departments for submission of OT & Absent report & prepare monthly summary for HRD Approval
• Strict Adherence to the company's policies & procedures
• providing professional support to payroll team in monthly payroll processing
• To open bank account for new and current employees and to update in SAP HRMS
• Manage the assigned SAP responsibilities on time (such as duty resumption, sick leave, etc.)
• Receiving resignation letters and prepare final settlement for outgoing employees.
• Retrieving the documents for the pending payment (OT & Incentive)
• Checking the eligibility of employees of the incentive payment
• Preparing all English salary certificate issued to employees
• Processing cash advance, personal loan & new joiners advance
• Providing different types of payroll reports to concerned departments as per requirements
