System Assistant
- First level front - line interface to users for helpdesk support calls
- Provides on call work and technical support to various users / client organization regarding specific operational/applications issues
- Troubleshoots networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems
- Maintains accuracy of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment
- Researches, evaluates, installs, configures and troubleshoots hardware / software, peripherals, and equipment necessary to meet integrated systems objectives
- Oversee network, server, computer security and anti-virus updates, etc
- Logging all IT problems and resolutions
- Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance of records
- Assuring all the equipment are working and performing well to meet company tasks assigned including prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
- Sharing knowledge and purpose to the user about the software / hardware installed
