? Establish practices of good coordination between salesforce and warehouse teams, for good customer service and efficient sales operations*
? Supervise preparation of weekly reports on material shortage, request for new materials and make local purchases, only in case of emergencies*
? Oversee preparation of the delivery schedules, including route planning, and optimize the delivery productivity
? *</span> Review and approve fleet procurement requests, by considering the distribution requirements, existing fleet support, different fleet options etc.*
? Oversee management and maintenance of existing fleet*
? Create a right balance of internal fleet and external fleet services to minimize overall fleet costs*
? Oversee vendor management by reviewing price negotiation and contract clauses
? Develop a robust and effective procedure for route planning for team to follow*
? Develop an effective scheduling process and procedure, that considers delivery requirements raised by sales team, time of delivery and time needed for delivery*
? Design and manage preparation of DOTIF reports, that considers the effectiveness of delivery system*
? Manage an effective fleet tracking system and its usage in updating customers and internal delivery stakeholders
