IT Program Manager - ELM
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and tracking of a Programs, which in most cases contains short-term projects and long-term projects as well as an operational improvement aspect, also manages the Profit & Loss of his Program by monitoring and controlling all aspects of the Programs to meet the objectives of the Department and Elm.
- Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Department / Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Prepare reports of Department / Section timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards Contribute to the Strategy of the Department and Division
- Ensures the implementation of Departmental Strategy and any related plans Contribute to the Department Budget by working with all related functions Assist Program Managers and Senior Project Managers in allocating the required budget for their engagements Monitor the Financial Performance of the Programs
- Ensures that the Scope is properly defined Ensures that stakeholders know when the Kick Off occurs and Program Ends Create the Program Management Plan in accordance to Elm Practices
- Allocate the Resources to the tasks within the Program Plan Work with Finance and SAP system for all Procurement needs for the Program Work with Legal for any Contractual action or clarification Work with Privacy for any work that has possible Privacy Risk Identify the Program Objectives in which the Program will be Evaluated and Accepted Working with Finance and PMO to assign Program Budget both in SAP and EPM Involve the Proper Functional Manager for Resource loading and hiring in accordance to the Mobilization Period in the Plan Ensures that Functional Manager always has back-up for the resources in case they become unavailable for whatever reason Communicating with Stakeholders both Internally and Externally with Program Updates and Weekly Progress Reports
- Updating Program Progress on EPM properly Ensuring that all Program Artefacts are uploaded in EPM properly Monitor Resources Utilization on Program Monitor Budget and Program Profit & Loss on a timely basis Monitor Program Cash Flow Document Program Issues and provide Mitigation Identify Program Risks and provide Mitigation Informing Account Managers when Deliverables are closed for billing purposes *
