Office Manager - Egyptian Growers Organization
The EGO Office Manager is a key member of the EGO Admin Team and provides essential
and significant support to the EGO Management Team.
The EGO Office Manager reports to the EGO CEO.
Roles & Responsibilities
• provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing
and copying to management
• maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• perform data entry and scan documents
• manage calendar for Management Team
• assist in resolving administrative issues
• answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and
emails
• schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for
Management Team
• maintain office supplies for office
• Must have minimum 2+ years’ experience
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Must have excellent written and spoken English
• Oversee Office maintenance and hygiene preservation
• Oversee office boy (as required) and related supplies
• Oversee application of EGO Admin policies (per diem travel arrangements, petty cash,
etc..)
