Al-Melhem group is the leader in the field of Auto parts & services is in need for Parts & Service Advisor.

The object and purpose of the post:
Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements to provide established standards of customer service through assessment of repairs & maintenance.

The functions and responsibilities:

1. Receipt customers and meet their requirements for the maintenance.
2. Advice customers about jobs those required in a professional way.
3. Dealing with customers who are dissatisfied and who are at a loss of repair & service costs.

Skills:</span>
1. Prefer to have previous experience in one of auto parts and services companies.
2. Good level in English.
3. Ability to deal with the computer. (EXCEL, WORD & INTERNET)
4. Receive customers inquiries and complaints, and response them as soon as, and do as well as in the implementation of the tasks entrusted to him.
5. Effective communication skills and deliver the information to all types of customers.
6. Have a proactive approach during dealing with customer complaints, with the ability to resolve appropriately the conflicts.
7. Work as a team, and under pressure.
8. Organizational skill to work under time pressure.
9. Analytical skill & administrative efficiency for this role.
