Sales Team Leader - Sharjah - German Imaging Technologies Dubai LLC
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader - Sharjah to manage a team of sales representatives in selling directly to other businesses (B2B). The Team Leader is required to maintain the existing book of accounts and develop new relationships. Training and coaching the sales reps in both product knowledge and sales skills is of essence to this job.
Core responsibilities:
• Manage a sales team of 2 representatives
• Deliver revenue targets.
• Acquiring new business
• Retention of existing accounts by revenue
• Retention of existing accounts by number of clients
• Acquiring minimum productivity per sales representative
• Lead, train, coach and motivate sales team.
• Implement usage of CRM and put structures in place for lead, prospect and customer management.
