    Industrial Sales Engineer

    1. Recommend, develop and pursue long-term sales growth strategy, objectives and plans
    within the territory with a high focus on Drilling Segment & (BDP) business development plan
    across Saudi Arabia.
    2. Develop the drilling segment mapping in the country to ensure 40% growth OEM market share
    by year end 2018.
    3. Continuously update Drilling Segment Mapping to address every opportunity across the
    country in coordination with from sales team.
    4. Lead & Implement the BDP Strategy through and with close coordination with the front
    regional team leaders to ensure the projected sales growth of the country. Set and suggest
    intake budgets for your respective segment.
    5. Manage and support OEM front sales team and OEM‘s activity, covering Marketing requirement and design tools.
    6. Actively participate in OEM segment mapping activity to ensure the BDP Growth & extend
    every support to all OEM front sales team in the country.
    7. Recommend and initiate changes or deletions in current products and pricing necessary to
    maintain and increase sales and margins in accordance with company goals and policy.
    8. Determine competitive standing of current products in relation to price, features, and
    performance including analysis of competitor’s actions, product developments, and product
    policies and activities.
    9. Evaluate product success in the marketplace through internal reports and direct contacts with
    field sales, customers and Panel builders. Recommend adjustments to marketing, supply
    chain and sales efforts when and where necessary.
    10. Maintain current and required knowledge of the marketplace to be thoroughly appraised of all
    new or modified product opportunities as well as developments that may impact our products
    or ability to sell them.
    11. Plan and determine product pricing and OEM’s policy consistent with sound price and
    discount practices to obtain optimum volume and market position.
    12. Resolve products inconsistencies arising from, but not limited to, manufacturing and
    engineering inquiries, change in vendor supplies, and customer complaints.
