Regional Sales Manager - Chemicals - National Talent
Main tasks
1. Develop direct business relationship with key customers, distributors and OEM/AEM in the area.
2. Manage and develop existing sales activities in the area and at his own customer portfolio.
3. Prepare and implement business plans to develop sales, profit and to gain market share.
4. Develop and manage commercial/technical projects to fulfil the needs of the customers.
5. Manage and develop distribution channel and their business performance along with technical capabilities.
6. Do regular market analysis and prepare business reviews to sales and senior management team.
7. Support roll-out activities of new products and technologies in his area.
8. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and Production departments regarding stock level optimization, sales forecasting, management of receivables.
