Retail Operations Executive - Alert HR Solutions
The Organization:
Our client is holding company with entities in different industries like retail, production and trade. They are hiring a Retail Operations Executive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the Retail Manager with administration work with end to end support
• Establish and maintain central retail database on key business information
• Provide analytical support for the Head of Retail on business performance
• Responsible for reports and documents for retail team on weekly basis
• Supporting retail team with coordination of training workshops and Area meetings
• Assist in Payroll data and any other data requirements
• Ensure shifts/ data are entered and maintained correctly in ERP system
• Manage and use all information related to ERP
• Support on stock audit and compliance
• Monitor competitor activity, awareness of market trends and demographics, providing support and recommendations to maximize revenues and develop the brand.
