Main Responsibilities
To work within a dynamic Health and Beauty Team whose common goal is to deliver excellent customer service standards in order to drive the sales of Makeup, Skincare and Luxury Fragrance.
The Role
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the business in this new location
• Delivering a world-class service to every customer by identifying customer’s needs
• To be responsible for demonstrating strong brand knowledge
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and closing every sale
• Maintaining good relationships with customers by cultivating loyalty and building on your database
• Providing consultations and offering professional advice
• To ensure good housekeeping is maintained within the department ensuring the brand layout meets the required Visual Merchandising Standard
• Supporting the Department Managers to drive operational efficiencies in store
• Provide a professional till point service and be able to handle all customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
