Center Control room Operator
- Carries out daily operation jobs on the plant by a close monitoring and control all plant parameters & systems and insure safe and efficient operation of the plant all the time.*
- *Attends a safety talk in the beginning of the day with his assigned Group to discuss SHE planned activities and plant impact on personal safety & health. Attend weekly department SHE meeting.
- Fully familiar with his area High Potential Hazards, Emergency Response strategies.
- Monitor and control all process parameter conditions such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures, levels, etc, through displays, graphics and trend logs.
- *Communicate to Operation supervisor immediately in case of abnormal condition.
- *Guide and advice field operator in preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.
- Record and maintain accurate, timely log data of equipment and closely follow their performance.
- Conducts Personnel Behaviour Observation (PBO) as per schedule.
- Communicates the PBO findings to his supervisor and shares it with his colleagues.
- Takes immediate corrective actions to limit risk to personnel, plant equipment and production during emergency situations
- Assist in studying the problem and issues arising in the operation and process to identify suitable solutions.
- Must be fully familiar and qualified on all Safety Standard Procedures.
- Participates in Accident / Incident Investigation Committees as required.
- Ensure to read/write the daily activities in the operation logbook
