    Education Coordinator

    • To answer customer enquiries and respond to requests for information received by phone calls, e-mail, fax, etc.
    • To provide advice and assistance to customers in the most appropriate format to meet their needs, demonstrating due attention to customer care and a professional approach at all times.
    • To receive and process 'follow up' information about requests and reports and to update teams and systems as appropriate.
    • To deal with all customer enquiries; chasing deliveries, resolving simple technical issues and forwarding client queries to sales and specialist teams where necessary.
    • To respond to any customer complaints from Company website; ensuring the highest levels of service are given every time and liaising with manager and team to ensure a suitable resolution.
    • Ensuring customers updated regularly regarding any ongoing queries.
    • To assist with the delivery and return processes.
    • To liaise and follow up with the warehouse, logistics and finance dept to ensure effective communication and results are achieved
    • To assist in organising and hosting presentations and customer visits
    • To assist with promotional events and activities
    • To visit customers when required
    • To help to organise market research when required
    • To help assessing the results of a marketing campaign
    • To assist the manager in analyzing data
    • To update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
    • To retrieve information when requested.
    • To co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
    • Coordinates, organizes, and takes minutes at meetings, and supports other department activities and functions. Schedules or obtains use of rooms and sets up rooms and equipment for use.
    • Make power point presentations when required
    • To maintain an awareness of all relevant service developments and participate in all aspects of training, proactively seeking opportunities for learning and self - development so as to improve effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
    • To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
