Senior Program Manager - IT Infrastructure - Banking - Michael Page International (UAE) Limited
Plan, coordinate and execute multiple infrastructure and operations projects while delivering on-time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
The Program Manager acts as a central hub for any request from business in regards to the initiative of types mentioned previously. They will mentor Project Managers in order to deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines and cost.

Description
- Manage Infrastructure / Network Project Managers
- Run portfolio of projects, prepare portfolio plan and provide MIS reports to Senior Management and PMO office
- Liaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team members
- Manage & mitigate portfolio issues and risks
- Manage project board and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectives
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT and clients
- Serve as highest project internal escalation level
- Take appropriate actions if deadlines, quality or budget are significantly at risk
- Follow IT processes as required by PMO standards
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices to achieve common objectives
- Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality
Profile
5+ years of experience in IT Portfolio/Program Management
5+ years of experience in the IT field- Design & Development
2+ years of experience in Finance/ Banking Industry
Demonstrated experience managing technology moves and relocation projects
Demonstrated experience in deploying virtual machines across an organisation
IT Degree or equivalent working experience
Certified Program/Project Management (PgMP)
Certified Project Management (PMP/Prince 2)
Microsoft Office suite as well as Visio & Project
