Strategy Planning & Performance Management Advisor - Kawader HR Consultancy
Plan, organize, direct and control the design & implementation of the company business & operational strategies and policies, in order to support the achievement of the business plan in line with the organization’s vision and mission whilst leading the effective management of the government subsidy.
? Paired with CEO, develop strategies that are cascaded from broad functional strategy and effectively communicate the businesses strategic objectives to the department heads to ensure consistency of end-to-end strategy.
? Develop BSC to analysis comprehensively the company overall performance, and conduct workshops with department heads and key staff to review, select and approve the components of the departmental balanced scorecards that create an enterprise-wide alignment toward the overall strategy
? Together with the CEO and HR and Admin Director, participate in the development of an optimum organizational structure for the company in consultation with the senior management team in order to achieve efficient operations & services that meet with strategic objectives of each department.
? Monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon
? Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
? Direct and oversee the introduction of best practice HR initiatives in order to upgrade the HR functionality and provide improved support for achievement of business objectives
? The jobholder is expected ensure design and implementation of business strategies to support achievement of key objectives in line with the vision and mission of the organization.
? The jobholder exercises financial authority as per the level established by the management
