Highly motivated and successful Sales Associates to maintain extremely high levels of customer service at all times, whilst assisting customers with their selections using strategic sales skills
Candidates will also be extremely confident, and have sales experience within a team selling luxury high end brands.
• Reaching sales goals as set by management
Attend exhibitions and other events as required
• Work with management to guarantee a continuously strong floor presence
• To be professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers. Acquire, build and maintain an active client book.
• Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
